Primarily due to the fact that the when you contact the central headquarters, you speak directly to a principle owner, thus providing you with a direct, no excuses, type of service. This combined with a principally owned 8,000 sq. /ft central headquarters enables us to breakout the facility with limitless abilities.

Focus Group Facilities - Holmdel, NJ

In Holmdel, N.J. we have two focus group facilities, both with state of the art audio and video capabilities. To ensure that we experience "no technical difficulties" during an audio or video taping of a group, we have two additional backup systems in place at all times. The measurements for the first focus room is 18 x 24 with a viewing room that accommodates up to 18. The second facility measures 16 x 18 and seats 10 comfortably. The phone bank consists of 60 WATS lines with a 36 station CATI System utilizing CFMC Survent software. There is a 1 to 6 ratio of supervisors to interviewers in the facility with dual sided monitoring capabilities in order to guarantee proper quality control. All interviewers are required to complete proper training on the Market Research Associations guidelines prior to the first briefing. Mock sessions are conducted to evaluate their abilities before they conduct their first interview. Then steady monitoring by the floor supervisors is conducted throughout the balance of the project.

The central location testing (CLT) facility is 1,500/sq. ft. of usable space and built out to client specifications. The flexibility offered by this in house facility is unsurpassed by any fire house, hotel, or hall and we have no limitations on how we are to conduct the research task at hand. Mall Facillities - East Brunswick, NJ

Our Mall facilities in New Jersey provide two diverse populations while still being part of the greater metropolitan area. The first location is in the East Brunswick mall in East Brunswick, NJ, Middlesex County. This mall's demographics offers middle to upper level of respondent with a demographic breakdown of:

The second facility is located in the Monmouth Mall, in Eatontown New Jersey. This is in Monmouth County. The demographic breakdown for this mall is:

Between the two mall facilities inclusive of 10 station T1  LAN systems each, we are able to complete the same project while providing the proper mix of respondents for true sampling requirements or enable our clients to do twice the interviews in the same time frame without effecting the studies integrity. All interviewers are trained using the MRA guidelines to interviewing at the headquarters incorporating our strict policies. Additionally, all supervisors are required to submit all respondents completed daily in order for the internal validations to be attempted. This is another measure to insure guaranteed validity well before the tables are completed.
